Are these brand new devices?

All the devices that we supply are brand new and sealed in the box and come with the manufacturers warranty. We have recently introduced a CPO division smartphones - these are separate from our brand new devices and covered by varying warranties as stated on each unique listing. 

What is CPO?

Certified Pre-Owned. All our CPO models undergo vigorous testing during the selection period in order to uphold a product standard that is as close to a brand new model as possible. These models work as good as brand new and may come with a few 'unique features' or 'beauty spots' on the body but with a flawless screen. The 'unique features' will be disclosed on each listing and displayed on the images. 

All CPO models are either covered by a remaining period of the manufacturers warranty or an exclusive Snapcraze warranty; as specified on each individual listing.

Snapcraze is a premium service provider & thus we able to offer end users and buyers the most competitive prices in SA. If you however do find a cheaper supplier of mobile phones please send us a link to the product and we will try our best to either beat the price or match the price.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer free insured shipping on all orders placed on our website.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept EFT payment & credit cards, please proceed to checkout where you will obtain the instructions and account details to checkout. Using EFT makes online payment extremely secure.

We never ask for your credit card details or any other information related to your finances, rest assured all your payments are safe with your current bank of choice.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS are NOT ACCEPTED, PLEASE NOTE that we will NOT dispatch any products if you have made a CHEQUE PAYMENT.

Can I collect from your offices?

Unfortunately we no longer facilitate collections at our head office in Durban since 2021.

All orders have to be processed online and delivered via our courier partner directly to your doorstep.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes 1-3 working days on average. 1 day to all major cities and 2-3 days to outlying areas. Please allow for a maximum of 7 working days during busy seasons where we are processing large volumes of orders. However, our super Snappy team will almost certainly get your product delivered in under 3 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Online shopping with Snapcraze is extremely secure as the site is SSL secured.

We never ask for your banking details or credit card digits, you make a payment via EFT through your bank just as you would normally make other payments.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order our Snappy staff will validate your payment. Only once your payment has been cleared and reflects in our bank account your order be sent through to our fulfilment centre where your product will be dispatched via our Snappy friendly logistics friend. Hoot Hoot Order has arrived....

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our snappy website has live invoices and an accounts dashboard for you to check all the relevant information about each order you have placed. An invoice containing the IMEI/ Serial number of the product you purchase will also be sent to you via e-mail - this invoice can be used for warranty purposes. 

How do I track my order?

Your online order can be tracked via https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track click and enter the waybill number provided to you via e-mail. This will let you know the exact status of your delivery. You can also call The Courier Guy to track your order on  0102222300.

Why am I being charged for using PayFast?

Payfast is a payment gateway and credit card processing company. Snapcraze is charged a fee for buyers using Payfast as a checkout option, thus Snapcraze will add on additional fees to your order for using Payfast.

To omit this additional fee please use EFT payment option at checkout, no additional fees will be added to your order when checking out with EFT.
