By accessing the Snapcraze.co.za website and purchasing any of our items, you confirm you have accepted our terms and conditions of sale in this sale agreement. As stated herein below, here are the terms and conditions of our store.

 

Proof of payment for EFT/ 'Direct Bank Transfer':

Kindly be advised that orders will only be dispatched once funds clear or upon receipt of an official proof of payment sent by your banking facility. This is an automated e-mail sent directly from your bank when you insert our e-mail address (notifications@snapcraze.co.za) as a recipient for a proof of payment notification.

Delivery:

If in stock we will deliver your product in 1 day to all major cities and 2-4 days at the most to outlying areas. This is one of the fastest delivery turnaround times in SA. We offer free insured shipping for all orders - so all you pay for is the device/s ordered. Your device is then delivered to you at the 'Snap' of a finger!

Delivery Leadtimes For End-of-year Orders 

Kindly note that orders placed during our sale period at year end will be fulfilled within an average lead time of up to 5 business days. If your device is scheduled for delivery sooner or if there are any delivery delays we will communicate this to you via e-mail. 

Please ensure that you are aware of the expected delivery lead time for end-of-year orders & our warehouse closing date before placing your order as we cannot be held liable should your order be scheduled for delivery in January of the upcoming year. For the year 2023; our dispatch closes on 22nd December 2023 & re-opens in the second week of January 2024. This means that orders placed by the 17th December, latest, are guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas & any orders placed after the 17th, MAY be delivered at the discretion of our warehouse before Christmas (where possible) or once we re-open.

Freight & Delivery of your product:

Snapcraze.co.za takes responsibility of your product from our warehouse to your doorstep. We offer free insured shipping on all orders placed on our website as well as detailed tracking from our door to yours! Upon receipt of payment or an official proof of payment from your banking facility you will receive an e-mail stating the date of delivery, your waybill number for tracking and instructions on how to track your order. Should you require further assistance/ information regarding delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Defective Items:

Snapcraze.co.za takes full responsibility for a defective item that has been returned within 24 hours from invoice or delivery. Kindly be advised that this responsibility extends to manufacturing defects only. We will either refund you for the defective item or replace it if the unit is found to have NO PHYSICAL DAMAGES.

 

All brand new items come with the standard manufacturers warranty ie. 24 months for Samsung & Huawei and 12 months for Apple. This means rest assured,

 

YOUR DEVICE IS COVERED BY THE FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
EITHER WITH SAMSUNG/ HUAWEI OR APPLE.

Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd is a Reseller of these devices & therefore will not involve itself in the warranty claims process in any way. We are more than happy to assist in directing you to your closest Service centre, however further than that your normal warranty process will follow.We are not liable to Repair/ Replace items - only Certified Repair centres for Apple/ Samsung & Huawei can do this. This is what your warranty covers - same as with any other Registered Reseller of these products.

All CPO items have a 6 months to 1 year warranty - there are exceptions where the warranty period may be longer, however the exact warranty period will be stated on each listing.

 

Incorrect Items Delivered:

It is essential to note that BEFORE the items delivered are unwrapped/ opened and/or seals are broken; that you check the box to confirm that the item received is indeed the correct item as per your order. Since the items delivered are of an electronic nature - should the seals be broken, devices turned on, used or damaged in any way you may be charged a 10-15% of the full value of the item due to item not being returned in resellable condition to the next customer. Snapcraze must be notified within the first 24 hours of receipt of an incorrect item & will be held responsible to ensure that the item be collected & the correct item redelivered at our own cost or a full refund is issued within 24 hours of the return.

 

Returns:

Kindly be advised that all brand new items are covered by the local manufacturers warranty and therefore are eligible to be booked in at the manufacturers repair centre. For CPO devices we do not process returns/ refunds - all our CPO models come with varying periods of the warranty - the exact period remaining will be clearly stated on each listing. You are welcome to give us a call should you need advice on your nearest Service Centre.

 

Please note there are no returns or refunds for change of mind on goods that have been opened.

 
Non- defective Products- Right to “cool off”:
 
 
Products which are NOT defective or damaged or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned to Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd within 10 (ten) workings days from date of delivery, provided that the Products have not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition and you are able to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. You are then entitled to cancel the sale of the Products in terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act within 10 (ten) working days after your receipt of the Products and to obtain a full purchase price refund, subject to being charged a 10% (of the retail price) fee in respect of return and handling charge to non-defective returns that have not been opened and remain in the original packaging.
 
 
Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd can hold you liable for any damage caused to the Products whilst it is in your possession. Unfortunately, should the product be opened or used in any way, a 15-20% fee (of the retail price) will be charged accordingly.
 
Should the product be opened but still in the original condition it was sold in, Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd will be happy to accept a return of the product and refund you, less 15-20% as a handling fee to cover delivery, collection & admin costs. The percentage will be determined by the price bracket of the device. A return such as this will only be accepted within the first 24 hours from receipt of delivery.
 
BULK ORDER RETURNS
 
For Bulk Orders where fulfilment of the order required ordering of new stock, under NO CIRCUMSTANCE whatsoever will Returns/ Refunds will be accepted.

 

INCORRECT PRICE LISTINGS 

As per CPA & Consumer Services Ombudsman; should a product be listed at the incorrect price for some reason; the supplier ie. Snapcraze cannot be held liable to deliver goods at that price. Every supplier who advertises goods and receives offers (even at an incorrectly listed price) has the freedom to decide whether or not they are interested in accepting the offer and fulfilling the order or not. This principle only applies however if the consumer has been notified in writing by the supplier that the item has been listed at an incorrect price within 72 hours from time of order.

 

THIRD-PARTY PROMOTIONS/ FREE GIFTS:

Please note that any promotions being convened by a third-party such as Samsung, Huawei, Apple etc. are subject to approval or change at any time by the convenor of the promotion; Samsung, Huawei, Apple, etc. We regret Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd cannot be held liable for any such changes to the approval process, amendments to terms, or rejections of the third-party promotions as the process is beyond our control. Should any any claims be rejected or terms be amended by the convenor we regret that we cannot be held liable to fulfil their obligation. 
 
Only promotions/ deals being advertised & facilitated solely by Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd are subject to the Snapcraze (Pty) Ltd's own standard terms & fulfilment obligation.
 

VAT Invoices On Request Only:

VAT invoices will be issued on request only prior to orders and payment. Please include your VAT details when placing the order.
